Marmong Point Marina is part of beautiful Lake Macquarie, Australia’s largest coastal saltwater lake - just south of the busy harbour of Newcastle.

Marmong is a great port for boaties passing along Australia’s east coast, looking for a stopover through Swansea Heads. Just 60 nautical miles north of Sydney Harbour Heads, Marmong is an ideal alternative to marinas in the Sydney Harbour and Port Stephens regions.

Marmong is perfect for boating enthusiasts who are happy exploring the bays and coves of Lake Macquarie or heading out through Swansea Heads and is a perfect base from which you can make getting the most out of your recreational boating.

Marmong is a fully equipped service marina with floating concrete moorings and berths for 245 yachts and cruisers - making it one of the largest marinas in the state. Our repair and maintenance facilities include a 40 tonne travel lift, 34 hardstands and full detailing services to keep you and your watercraft enjoying smooth boating.
